The hens in the yard provide the breakfast eggs, and there’s a tomato garden too. Guests missing their furry friend can ask Trish to play with Kingsley, a playful, gentle poodle, as long as it won’t bother the neighbours. The home-cooked breakfast is delicious, served at the table by Trish and Norm, and you really feel pampered. It’s an ideal setup for a family reunion. Every room has its own modern bathroom, and the Victorian-style common space is great for a big family or group of friends to spend time together. This will definitely be my place to stay when I visit Niagara from now on.

We spent three nights in the small cottage and enjoyed it immensely. It was quaint and quiet, with an outstanding view over the neighbouring vineyard. Trish was a pleasure to deal with, and she made some very tasty vegetarian breakfasts for me. I highly recommend Green Oaks B&B and hope we get the chance to visit again. Jill & Mike

The private cottage was comfortable, with a great view of the winery behind it, which was a great place for dinner. The property is beautiful and the service excellent. We had a lovely two-night stay and a wonderful time!

Trish was friendly and attentive without ever being overbearing. She was happy to suggest nearby wineries and sights around Niagara-on-the-Lake, just a short drive away. Ravine winery is practically in the back yard and only a short walk from Green Oaks. We stayed in The Willow Room, and it lived up to expectations. The king-size bed was very comfortable, the room spotless, and the bathroom pristine and well appointed, with lots of hot water and fluffy towels. Each morning’s homemade breakfast went well beyond typical B&B fare. Fresh pastries and locally sourced eggs from the friendly free-range chickens were delicious and clearly made with care. The charming, well-kept older home feels warm and full of character, with beautiful antiques and breathtaking stained glass windows. A peaceful retreat with history and hospitality. It’s a must-stay.

Trish was a fabulous host, and the breakfast was amazing. The B&B is in a great spot, right in front of a winery, and quiet, away from downtown noise. Would definitely recommend 👌
