Kent Motel Niagara on the Lake

After a wedding, we spent one night here and had a great stay. It was peaceful at night, and we got delicious lattes and cappuccino in the morning. The room blended vintage touches with modern comforts, the bathroom was thoughtfully updated, and the bed was comfortable.

Coffee and pastries were flaky, fresh, and hit the spot. There’s no breakfast included, but it was nice to have the lounge available in the mornings Thursday through Monday. The hotel was beautiful, modern, and quiet, with clean rooms, comfortable beds, and helpful, responsive staff. Check-in and check-out were easy, and for the price it felt like a steal.

There are lots of historical and cultural attractions nearby, and we really liked being between Niagara on the Lake and Niagara Falls. The furnishings were comfortable and suited the motel’s historical surroundings. We loved the location.

We really appreciated the quiet residential setting and the chance to relax. The staff, including Matt, were friendly, helpful, and professional, and went out of their way to accommodate our check-in time. Our room was spacious, with a very comfortable bed and a balcony we used often. There’s a small outdoor patio and lounge for guests, plus a bar fridge stocked with a few bottles of wine and snacks, with a price list. The Kent Motel was just what we wanted, roughly halfway between Niagara and Niagara on the Lake, with easy car access to both. It made for a perfect four-day getaway.
