The breakfast setup was one of the best self-serve ones I've had: plenty of choices, tasty food, and a clean pantry and eating area. Our room was spacious and in good shape, and the staff were friendly. Check-in, checkout, and getting a replacement card after I lost mine all went smoothly. The location worked well for my work trip, near the highway, fuel, and food.

I haven't even checked out yet, but I had to leave a review because I'm so pleased. We got adjoining rooms on the fifth floor. Check-in was easy, the staff are VERY friendly, and the complimentary breakfast had loads of variety, 100/10. The rooms are huge and clean, and the beds are soooo comfy. Not one bad thing to say.

I travel to North Bay for work at least six times a month, so having a dependable, comfortable hotel matters. Holiday Inn North Bay has been consistently good, and the team makes those trips easier. The hotel is clean and quiet, and I appreciate how respectfully and thoughtfully they treat me each time. On this visit, my TV connection wasn't working properly. The front desk staff were patient and kind, and arranged a smooth room change to make sure I was comfortable. Their service stood out, and the whole team deserves recognition. I'll keep staying here regularly and recommend it.

The staff were very friendly, but that's about all that went well. Breakfast was below par and ran out quickly. The pool was filthy, with a gross ring around the water and visible algae in the corners. In the room, I found a duster in the lampshade, which my seven-year-old spotted before the cleaning staff did, and Tylenol bottle packaging left out in the open. There was no attention to detail. This place has gone downhill a lot since my earlier visits, and we won't stay here on our twice-yearly trips to North Bay anymore.

Restaurants and grocery stores are nearby, and the location was convenient. The fitness centre and pool were well maintained, and the food was great. I just checked out after a couple of weeks, and the team were kind and welcoming. Nora and Paula especially were friendly and genuinely caring. I enjoyed my stay!
