Blue Barn Cottage

The location worked well for us, with 4 wheeling trails close by, a gas station a minute up the road, The dancing Goat bakery almost across from it, and a Co-op about 10 minutes away. It was quiet, there was loads of space, and we liked the fire pit. The rustic barn side was lovely, with two full bathrooms, two fridges, a washer and dryer, nice bedrooms, and AC in every room. It also had room for 10, while the ensuite side could sleep four. That side was just okay. When we arrived, repair supplies, paint cans, and other things were left around the room. We eventually reached someone and he came to clear them away, but there’s no cell service except at one spot near the picnic table outside. The two beds on that side had dirty sheets, with grass, sand, stains, a spider in one bed, and another kind of bug between the sheets in the other. It felt like the ensuite hadn’t been looked after in quite a while. Aside from those issues, we enjoyed our stay.
