That real, majestic Christmas tree inside made the place feel wonderfully wintry, and I could smell the forest. The hosts were warm, breakfast was tasty, and I slept like a baby away from technology, WiFi and all ;) A+ What's not to like?

The inn backs onto the golf course, and the town centre is just a block away. I've stayed a few times now, and the breakfasts have been great each visit.

The place is huge, with a lovely terrace and rooms that are wonderful. There are antiques throughout, and the decor is beautiful. We got a warm welcome and good service, though it was a little chilly during our visit. We'll definitely be back ☺
