The staff went out of their way to make us happy, and the room even had a note saying that anything below 9/10 satisfaction feels like a failure. They earned a 10 from us. Our room was clean and had the amenities we wanted. Breakfast was okay; I would’ve liked fresh fruit, though the granola and all the toppings for yogurt made up for it. The pool was fun for a short while without a hot tub, and the kids loved it. It was heavily chlorinated, however, and everyone had red eyes the next day despite showering afterward. Parking was easy, and restaurants and grocery stores were just a few minutes away by car. It’s a shame there’s no restaurant in the hotel, but the room kitchens had plenty of dishes, and staff lent out all sorts of appliances and kitchen accessories. They even had a Crock-Pot, which was pretty funny. The GO train station was about a five-minute drive away. If we’re in Oakville again, I’d check for availability here.

We had a very bad experience trying to check in after forgetting our physical credit card. We gave the hotel the card number and asked them to charge it, but the front desk staff’s customer service was absolutely unacceptable. I called Bonvoy, and the agent tried to help, but the hotel staff were horrible.

During the -15C weather, my room’s heater wasn’t working properly and needed service twice. The staff took care of it without hesitation and brought me a space heater. It’s a good hotel overall.

Everything was clean, the staff were the best, and the atmosphere was beautiful throughout. We enjoyed our stay so much that, as Marriott Bonvoy members, we tried other TowneSuites along the way. Thanks for making the stay so memorable.

Our volleyball team was here this past weekend, and front desk staff member Iman was incredibly kind and accommodating. She let us watch the Blue Jays game and helped move the lobby furniture so lots of people could see it. We’ll definitely stay here again.
