Four Points By Sheraton Oakville

Davinder, the owner, and the whole staff made our two-day stay feel especially welcoming. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and we had a wonderful time from start to finish. Thank you all for the hospitality. We’d definitely come back!

The hotel feels quite new, and it was clean. Across the street there’s a place called Fans Spa for massages, head spa treatments, and beauty services. After a tiring day, getting a relaxing massage there and then sleeping well made this vacation feel perfect.

The room was spacious and clean, parking didn’t cost anything, and the housekeeping staff I met were nice. Still, I was disappointed with this stay and wouldn’t return. I’d asked for extra washcloths and towels when booking, but they weren’t provided. The front desk interaction was underwhelming too. The staff member wasn’t openly rude, but she didn’t come across as welcoming or especially helpful. The checkout time caused the biggest problem. My confirmation email and the Marriott app both said 12:00 p.m., but the front desk said it was 11:00 a.m. and suggested that what I saw “online” was wrong. I shouldn’t have to second-guess the time shown on my own confirmation and in the app. I also spoke with someone who said she was a supervisor, but the matter wasn’t handled in a professional or reassuring way. The service fell short of what I expected. I’ve had much better stays at the Argentia Mississauga location, so I’ll stick with that property.

I’m in this area fairly often for work, and this is one of the newer Marriott hotels around here. The rooms were clean and spacious, and I had a great stay. When my belt broke on the way to the hotel, the staff offered to repair it and said they’d get me a new one free of charge if they couldn’t fix it. They went well beyond what I expected. There’s a buffet breakfast and a stylish bar too. I’d recommend staying here and plan to return on future trips.
