Estrimont

The restaurant food was excellent, the stay was reasonably priced, and the spa area felt professional with great service. The hotel itself is beautiful, with very nice saunas and Nordic baths. But we didn't get the room we expected and paid for. There was no kitchen, just a front-door closet converted to hold a microwave, coffee machine and toaster oven, leaving nowhere to hang coats. The yurt had no heat for an entire afternoon, even though we told the front desk early on. Some staff were very nice, while others in reception, the restaurant and cleaning could have been more helpful and friendly. Our room wasn't clean, with dust bunnies and dirty dishes in a drawer. We were told service only meant changing towels, making the bed and adding coffee pods. This hotel attracts dog lovers, but I don't think dogs should be allowed in the Nordic baths where many guests walk barefoot.

The location was great, and the modern rooms were clean. I loved having a fireplace and a mountain view in the room. The spa was nice, and the restaurant was good, with warm, friendly staff. The receptionists were especially welcoming. Absolutely loved this place, and we'll be back soon!

We were there for work, and the whole group had a good stay. The place was easy to relax in after a long day, with clean, roomy, comfortable rooms and staff who were friendly and helpful. Everything felt well organized, and the service paid attention to the details. The buffet lunch could have been bigger, since there wasn’t enough for everyone. Still, it was a great experience and convenient, and I’d happily return. I’d recommend it.

We had a nice stay and the room was comfortable and clean. A few things let us down, though: the phone wouldn’t dial the front desk, and the coffee maker didn’t work properly. Some facilities were unavailable too, including half of the hot tubs, and there was no fire in the yurt.
