I came to visit family and friends for a few days and had a great stay. The room was comfortable, the service was excellent, and I loved the hotel's modern contemporary look and décor. The gym was a real highlight for me since I love working out, and it was well equipped. I work full-time in construction as a builder and contractor, and the hotel's layout and style gave me lots of good design ideas. I'm looking forward to staying here again.

The location is great, very close to Bayshore Mall for shopping, and I really liked the selection in the vending machines. The hotel was clean, the staff friendly, and breakfast was amazing. The fitness room and pool are included too. I'd recommend it and would definitely come back :)

The rooms are clean, and the staff are great. They’ve been laid out thoughtfully for how people live now, with handy extra hooks around the mirrors, lots of places to charge devices, and a good overall setup. Those small touches make things easier for families and sports teams. Great hotel, I'll stay again.

Joseph was the highlight of our tournament trip. My friends and I met him while we were staying at the hotel, and he was so funny. It started with Joseph kicking us out of the gym, then he kept writing us good luck notes. We were even lucky enough to get his autograph. Thanks so much, Joseph, for being by far the best part of the tournament.

We found the location quiet and well suited to family travel. The rooms at Hyatt Place Ottawa West were clean, roomy, and comfortable, so it was easy to unwind after a long day. Staff were helpful and friendly, and breakfast was convenient with good options. We'd definitely stay here again.
