Embarc Panorama

I booked at the last minute and had a great vacation. The staff were friendly and accommodating. At one point I locked myself out barefoot and wearing only a bathing suit. I called the front desk and someone came to let me in within minutes. They gave me a weekly resort itinerary when I arrived, then texted regularly to check if I was enjoying the stay or needed anything. The place was clean and well maintained, with access to four hot tubs, two pools, and a sauna. Hiking trails, a golf course, restaurants, and a grocery store are all within walking distance. It’s tucked into the mountains, with breathtaking views. I’ll be back. Thanks for making the trip so lovely.

The whole family had a wonderful time at panorama resort. Our suite was spotless, comfortable, and had lots of extra bedding. The kitchen came with all the utensils we needed. There was a hot pool behind our building, plus a larger one up by the ski hills. A free gondola connects our building with the ski resort.

The rooms were tidy and very clean, and service was good. We barely needed any help and didn’t run into a single issue.

The resort may be more appealing in winter as a ski destination, but in May most things nearby were closed. We drove toward Banff in the morning and couldn’t find coffee within a 45 minute radius. The location felt very isolated, and the 15 km drive up has no lights or much around it. Watch for wildlife on the road, and try to arrive before 10 pm. The building was almost empty, and we were the only guests there. Our rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable, though the decor felt very dated. The jacuzzi and gym were nice and well maintained. Service was just alright: the employee checking us in was new and struggled with the process and with giving us directions or information. There was nobody around late at night or early in the morning, and we didn’t get much help since we spent most of the day away from the resort. It has lots of potential, but for our visit three stars felt right.
