We caught a lovely sunrise over the rock, and the room was clean with friendly staff. The weather was cool, so not having AC was fine. There was some noise from other rooms, though.

The waves were audible from our room, which made for the best sleep. The location has an incredible view.

The property sits in a great spot, with lovely grounds and a beautiful view of the rock. Still, the rooms feel dated and plain for what they charge, so it didn't feel like good value. We had been excited to stay after seeing the hotel on an earlier visit to Percé, but the service was sparse too. At check-in we were told there'd be no housekeeping during our four-night stay, something I've never encountered at a hotel. It seems to be coasting on its location and grounds.

The restaurant was nice, and we liked having a friendly front desk and a place not far from our campsite where we could get away from the kids. The view was good too. But there was no AC, and they wouldn't change the sheets for a two-night stay. At a motel costing over $300, we expected a bit more.

We had a comfortable, roomy stay, with soft towels and bedding and a small balcony. From chairs by the window, we watched birds diving under the waves, with the iconic Perce’ rock in view from most rooms. The staff were very nice, and dinner in the dining room was excellent. This is a beautiful historic hotel right on the waterfront, and we'd love to return.
