The staff at the desk were friendly, polite, and efficient, and housekeeping was just as good. The rooms have been nicely renovated, they're quiet, and the bed and shower were great. Breakfast is included, parking is free right outside the room, and a noon checkout is handy. The location works well if you've got a car. No complaints from me.

Jules went way beyond what she had to when the AC in my room failed on a horribly hot day. She came up to try to fix it, and when that didn't work, checked three or four empty rooms nearby and told me how cool each one was. Then she let me choose which room I wanted and offered to move my things for me. That's the kind of service you get here. I stay regularly and have experienced lots of the rooms and staff. I've traveled for work and know the difference between a well-run hotel and a bad one. From the breakfast bar to the front desk to housekeeping, everyone is friendly, professional, and helpful, and they really do their best to make your stay fabulous. The fact that I keep coming back says plenty.

Rudy at the front desk made me feel right at home. He was kind, very polite, and helpful, and his care added a lot to my stay. I've stayed in quite a few places and haven't met anyone like him. I'd recommend him to anyone. He's a top notch employee. Thank you for being so kind and caring.

It was around midnight, and all I asked for was written confirmation that check-in had been cancelled so I could show it to Air Canada. The staff member said they couldn't do anything and wouldn't help. We weren't treated appropriately or professionally, and I was only asking for assistance. Air Canada had booked the hotel for us, but it isn't pet-friendly. I understand that and have no issue with the pet policy itself.
