Embassy Suites by Hilton Montreal Airport

The hotel itself is very nice, but we barely had time to try breakfast. It opens at 6:30, and we had to leave by 6:45. Check-in also took a while even though we were the only people there. The staff had key cards ready for other guests, but not ours. By the time we got to the room, it was 1:30 am. We landed at Montreal airport at 12:30 with my husband, father, and three little kids, expecting to take the hotel shuttle, get five hours of sleep, and head back for our next flight. We only found out then that the shuttle doesn't run after midnight, so we paid $70 for a taxi. The booking information and website should say when the shuttle operates. If I'd known, I definitely would've booked somewhere else.

The small kitchenette, room layout, and modern bathroom are great, and the hotel looks newly renovated. I used a digital key, so I didn't interact with any staff. The room blinds wouldn't open, which meant no natural light. The floors are all marble and feel cold, so bring slippers in winter. The bright white fluorescent lighting adds to that chilly feeling.

I've stayed here a couple of times and keep being impressed by the rooms and service. The staff are friendly and helpful, parking is plentiful, and I like the free drink coupons for the bar. Breakfast is decent with several choices, and the shampoo and soap smell really good. They have airport shuttles too. My only suggestions would be to dust the rooms better and provide proper hand soap instead of a face bar. I do recommend it!

We had a great stay in room 612. It was clean and really good, and being near the elevators wasn't a problem for us. Breakfast was very good, especially the omelet. Parking was free, and we used mobile check-in, a mobile key, and mobile checkout. There are lots of stores nearby, with Costco only a few minutes away, which is always convenient.
