Hotel Classique

Our family is still recovering, and the vacation was cut short. We had to cancel plans after everyone became significantly ill soon after eating, so a refund doesn't reflect the full impact. I appreciate that it was issued, but I'm still strongly concerned this was foodborne illness based on when the symptoms started and how severe they were. I have formally asked MAPAQ to review the food handling, ingredient storage, and overall due diligence, and have asked whether lab testing of the food we ate is possible. I'm waiting for MAPAQ's findings and any further information from the review. I find it hard to reconcile your findings with what we went through, especially since you say there were no similar reports or concerns from that evening. I don't take something like this lightly. I work in a similar field and would usually approach matters with understanding and restraint, but this situation was serious enough to warrant formal follow-up. Thank you for responding and issuing the refund.

The location is convenient, with two large malls about a five-minute walk away and plenty of good restaurants nearby, including two in the hotel. Cosmos was fun and just steps away. Our room was spacious and very clean, with a large TV, mini fridge and freezer, coffee maker, microwave, and adjustable temperature. The bed was comfortable, with a choice of pillows, and the small bathroom had a bath-shower and vanity. The pool was nice and open daily until 10pm. Parking under the hotel can fill up in the evening. Staff were friendly, though check-in took a while. Our room was ready early, and we got a good price.

The beds were comfortable, but this wasn't a great stay. Wi-Fi was painfully slow, and the indoor parking spaces are very tight. Our room was 26 degrees even with the setting at 19. Reception said there was no A.C. at the moment, no other room available, and no ventilator either.

The bed was super comfortable, and the big chair beside it was cute and comfy too. Check-in went well. The elevators are tiny, one coffee glass was dirty, and the tapestry above the bed was peeling off the wall. There's no mirror outside the bathroom, and the shower pressure was poor. The gym's running machines weren't working, since they weren't connected and their plugs didn't fit the regular outlets.
