Hôtel & Suites Normandin Quebec

The rooms were quiet and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We loved how well placed the hotel is for exploring Old Quebec and the other attractions around Quebec. Lots of restaurants are easy to reach on foot. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The room at the Normandin was comfortable, spacious, and very clean, and it was well placed for getting to nearby things. Breakfast was good, though Baked Beans and Toasted Bread were the only hot choices I noticed.

We booked at the last minute, and the staff were so helpful. Our king-bed room was thoughtfully laid out, with everything placed just right. It actually looked like the photos online, and the small breakfast was included. The price was more affordable than other hotels too. I’d really recommend staying here for a weekend in quebec.

For a hotel outside downtown Quebec City, this is one I’d recommend. There were plenty of places to eat within walking distance of the parking lot, and it was handy having a commissary in the lobby for snacks and drinks. Book through the hotel website if you can, since it costs less and includes a breakfast voucher. I was here for a business trip to attend the Airmedic cérémonie commémorative at the Videotron Centre. The front desk staff were welcoming and accommodating. They offered late checkout, so we could store our luggage securely and change after the event before heading to the airport. We appreciated their thoughtfulness. The rooms were clean and serviceable, with the amenities you’d expect for the price. The continental breakfast was a bit disappointing. Without a voucher, it costs $12, and I’d expected at least some hot food. There was mostly fruit, yoghurt, and grains. I suspect that may be meant to steer guests toward the 24 hour restaurant, where hotel guests get a 20% breakfast discount.
