The harbour and pier views were lovely, with the big SAINT JOHN sign on the hill right nearby. Inside, everything felt clean and modern, and the updated rooms were gorgeous. I slept comfortably, and the bathroom felt luxurious. The big LG flat screen TVs and good cable were a nice extra. Breakfast and coffee in the first floor restaurant were delicious, too. I also needed a last-minute work printout, and the guest computer and printer were free to use. Thanks for a great stay!

We used the meeting rooms for five days, and the team kept them clean and organized for each day's sessions. April and her staff handled our room setup and temperature requests, and kept coffee and drinks refreshed throughout the day. Lunch was good, on time, and replenished when needed. The end-of-day cleanup was excellent. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was included and always stocked. Great staff, and I'd recommend staying here and using the meeting rooms.

The restaurant was a real plus. Barb, the manager, went out of her way to make sure we got what we wanted, and the rest of the staff were friendly and helpful. Nice atmosphere and delicious food. The hotel itself is in an ideal spot, off the highway and near the passage walkway and boardwalk for a stroll. Our room was spacious and clean, and both the front desk and housekeeping took care of requests promptly. Definitely recommend this place. I'll be back.

We got a good rate with our basketball team, and the kids had plenty to do, including the arcade and lazer tag. The harbor view was great, and the pool and hot tub were nice. Staff were really friendly and accommodating. We'd definitely come back.

Wasana at the front desk deserves a special thank you for her attentive, thoughtful hospitality. The staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to help. Our room was comfortable and clean, the amenities were great, and the location was convenient. We had a really pleasant stay at Crowne Plaza Saint John and would happily return.
