The rooms were comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The hotel itself was good, but the area didn’t feel the safest, especially later in the evening. It was also a hassle to find a parking spot close by. Good property and service, though the surroundings and parking are worth keeping in mind.

The restaurant hours weren’t great, since you can’t get lunch there on weekends. I always love the warm cookies at check-in, and the cleaning service was great. The rooms were comfortable. We had to wait for hot water, but once it reached the 15th floor there was plenty.

My wife and I booked a Jacuzzi suite for two nights. In the early hours of our first night, we woke to dripping. When we turned on the light, the ceiling-mounted air conditioner was leaking water onto the floor. The carpet was saturated, so I piled towels on it, turned off the AC, and went back to bed. We had early appointments that morning and planned to ask about changing rooms when we got back. At the front desk we were told there was no manager on duty and nothing they could do. Then a manager appeared and asked if maintenance could check it. I explained that this needed more than a maintenance call: we’d shut it off at 3am, so it might have stopped leaking, but it was supposed to be hot and we needed working AC. They had no other room available. Because of my mold allergies and how wet the carpet was, I didn’t want to risk staying there. The carpet needed cleaning and the AC needed replacing. The manager seemed not to care and said he couldn’t refund us. He came up to the room and argued that it was fine, even though cleaners had already removed the pile of wet towels and cleaned up. He kept insisting we must be mistaken. We’d asked more than seven times for either a refund or a different room, and they wouldn’t do either. After about 15 minutes of arguing, he finally said he’d refund us and let us leave. The East Indian manager was extremely unpleasant to deal with. The guest services lady at the front desk was also extremely rude and rolled her eyes when I asked for a manager. At $300 a night, I expected more. The service was atrocious, and they definitely need customer service tips. This room needed repairs and should never have been rented. If they don’t repair the damaged air conditioner, there will for sure be mold in the carpet. It was room 1417, so avoid it if you decide to stay at this hotel after reading my review. This hotel and manager are a joke. This will be the last time we stay here.

I liked the rooms and the location. But I parked next to the 15-minute check-in sign, in a spot that wasn’t marked, rather than in one of the marked Im.park spots. I was fined $95. They were nice enough to offer a discount if I paid within a week, which still meant $83. I complained at the hotel check-in desk and was told Impark isn’t tied to the hotel. Well, I’m glad my business is appreciated.
