Quality Inn & Suites Regina Downtown

Priyanka at the front desk deserves special thanks. I urgently needed a parcel for an important presentation the next day, and she went above and beyond to receive it for me. Her friendly, efficient help made the stay memorable. I had a wonderful time at Quality Inn & Suites downtown, Regina, SK. The whole team was professional and welcoming. I highly recommend the hotel and its staff.

The only good thing, to be fair, was the location. I stayed three nights, and the hot water wasn’t working when we arrived because the tank had broken. I called, and was told it had been fixed, but it hadn’t. A few hours later we got lukewarm water, and it never improved. My room had no heat, so I was moved. We had rented several rooms for a team event, and when I checked, another team member’s room also had no heat. One person was given a room that hadn’t been cleaned at all. Management wasn’t helpful.

We loved the downtown location, and the hotel had a nice vintage-meets-modern feel. Our room was our favorite part, and the staff were really welcoming. One of the best hotels we’ve stayed at, and we can’t wait to come back.

The front desk staff were helpful and funny. The rooms were clean as usual, and it was a nice, quiet place to stay. Parking was easy to access.
