Best Western Plus Revelstoke

We stayed here twice during our most recent road trip to Banff, and the staff were professional, friendly, personable, and genuinely caring both times. The rooms were spacious, and the beds very comfortable. Ask for a mountain view. Breakfast was hot each morning with different choices each day. Ellen and Lina, who served breakfast, went out of their way to make it a pleasant experience.

Breakfast had a good mix of hot and cold choices and was satisfying. The hotel itself is clean and well maintained, and most of the room was comfortable, though as older adults we found the beds a bit too firm. Parking looks plentiful, but after dinner the remaining spaces seemed to be the many accessible spots. Since we don’t qualify to use those, finding a space was tough. One of my favourite things about Best Western is the hot chocolate in the lobby, and it’s part of why we keep returning. I was disappointed that the machine wasn’t working and I couldn’t have my usual cup. Still, I’d call this a pretty good place to stay.

The hotel looked almost brand new, and we had a lovely stay. The pool was nice, the changing rooms were fairly clean, and breakfast was tasty with gluten-free options.

Sally at the Best Western arranged a very nice, clean room for me and gave me the best customer service I’ve seen in years. The free continental breakfast was amazing, with freshly cooked food and fantastic waffles. I didn’t get a chance to try the beautiful hot tub, but it looked great with steam rising from it. I can’t say enough about the experience. Best Western is the best value in Revelstoke, and I’m sure elsewhere too. Sally and the hotel changed my mind after I spent my first couple of days at another nearby hotel and thought I’d never return to Revelstoke. I’ll likely come back with my family and we’ll stay at the Best Western. If you’re booking a hotel in Revelstoke, look no further. For context, I was on a work trip and had been placed at the other hotel. Within 45 minutes in the room, I could feel my sinuses plugging up. The heater was covered in dust, the carpets looked like they needed replacing 20 years ago, and on my way to that hotel’s hot tub I saw a young boy peeing in it. Zero stars for that place, and ten stars for Sally.
