Kings Den resort

We've stayed in four different suites over the past two months and have never been disappointed. This has become our regular place, and we even brought some friends from NS. Everything we need is here, parking is easy, and the hot tubs are great. Thanks, see you again in a few weeks!

The place was nice, though I wish it had a fireplace. The Wi-Fi wouldn't work no matter how many times I tried resetting it, so we had to use cellular data on both our phones to watch TV. Luckily my boyfriend had brought his Fire Stick.

The Spirit Bear Cabin is a cozy spot for a quick mountain getaway, peaceful and just a short drive from Revelstoke. We loved the atmosphere, and everything was really clean when we arrived. The property was tidy and well cared for, and they cleaned the hot tub while we were there. I saw one small cobweb by a light, but no bugs, so I'm not sure what the post about spiders was about. The host sent detailed directions and made sure we could get in. The small kitchenette had everything for cooking, including a hot plate, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster oven. The private hot tub was a treat. The loft bedroom had comfortable linens and pillows, and the bathroom had towels, shampoo, conditioner, and wash. I'd recommend it to friends and family, or come back next time we're in Revelstoke. Thanks for a great stay!

The private hot tub and really comfortable beds made us wish we could stay longer. We've been twice in six months, love this place, and can't wait to come back in spring. The people are good, helpful, and quick to respond when we need anything. A few things could be easier: my mum couldn't reach a lot of things, so it could be more convenient for shorter people. Checkout at 10 was a bummer, and I'd prefer 11. I also missed the $50 cleaning fee for one night. I couldn't find it listed before paying when I checked the website afterward, which was disappointing, especially with non-refundable rooms. Maybe it's there somewhere, but it should be clearer.
