Coast Hillcrest Hotel

This place delivers if you need somewhere to stay while passing through Revelstoke. Our room was quiet and comfortable, the AC worked very well, and there was a proper workstation with a supportive office chair, which you don’t often find in hotels. The service was kind, helpful, and patient. We didn’t stay long enough to use all the amenities, but there are lots of them. We’re very scent sensitive, and I’m allergic to dryer sheets, so it mattered that the hotel was immaculately clean, modern, and free of scented laundry detergent. We booked the same day, on May 28, which was early in the season. An avalanche cut off the water the night we stayed. The front desk had bottled water, fruit, and granola available to help make up for the disruption. It deserves a perfect rating, and I honestly have no feedback.

The restaurant and front desk staff were wonderful, and the food from the kitchen was beyond incredible. Our French Canadian gentleman server was phenomenal. He stayed calm and collected while taking orders from five excited girls at a Christmas party, and made the evening even more enjoyable. I’d visited about a month earlier with my boyfriend and had a great experience then too. The service has been consistently outstanding, and this has quickly become my new favourite place. I’ve been telling everyone about this hidden gem. We’ll definitely return.

It’s a very good hotel in a great location. The valley and mountain view is across from the car park side, which isn’t a terrible outlook, just not as nice. Ask for a room with a view. Those rooms also have balconies, which are great for pre-dinner drinks. The photo shows the view across the valley from the hotel patio.

Coast Hillcrest Hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our visit. Special thanks to reception team members Erna and Adam, who went above and beyond to make check-in and everything afterward smooth and stress-free. We really appreciated the warm hospitality and great service. Highly recommended, and we look forward to staying again.
