Poppi's Guesthouse

My niece and I enjoyed our stay, and we appreciated the directions the hostess gave us about which places to visit and how to get there. She's very friendly and there when you need her. The rooms are clean and comfy, with two full bathrooms and a kitchen stocked with everything you'd need, even condiments. There are TV and games rooms, plus a comfortable deck and patio where you can have tea or a nightcap. The rooms are very reasonably priced. What more could you ask for? Everything was clean and well maintained, and the bed was comfortable. The price is very reasonable. It's an older house with a hostel feel, bedrooms and a shared bathroom upstairs, with a shared kitchen and living room on the main floor. A couple of rooms have queen beds and one has two singles. I really liked the decor, and it was a nice change from regular hotels. It's within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The railway is close, but then everything here in Revelstoke is close to the railway. Earplugs work well, so that shouldn't put you off trying it out.

Revelstoke has lovely hikes with great views, and the town itself is cute with plenty to do. I'd suggest staying at least two nights. We had a great time at Poppis guesthouse. Poppi is fun and easygoing, the place is super nice, and the rooms and both bathrooms were really clean. The kitchen was amazing, too.

My little boy loved this clean place with lots of character, and we had a really good stay. Our private room was comfortable, and the other guests were quiet and nice, which made a big difference. Since you share the kitchen, living room, games room, and two bathrooms, I imagine how the other guests behave can affect your experience. The upstairs bathroom has a washer and dryer, which I think you could use if you ask the owner. There's Wi-Fi, and we went to the Aquatic center. We like reading, so we didn't use the television.
