The hot tub is a nice way to unwind, though getting to it is awkward. You have to change and shower in the gym, then walk out through the main entrance to reach it. A changing area nearer the tub would make more sense. The hotel is clean, and breakfast was satisfying and well prepared. Parking can fill up in peak season, but waiting until later in the evening will likely help you find a space. Staying here puts shops, restaurants, and local attractions within walking distance in the heart of Revelstoke. There’s an upscale restaurant as well as a lively, well-known pub that draws locals and hotel guests, giving the place a vibrant feel.

The kids loved the pool, and we’d definitely come back in summer if we can. The hotel is right downtown, felt super safe, and had plenty of free guest parking. We had a great view of the mountains, comfortable beds, and nicely decorated interiors. It has a vintage, cozy feel when you first enter, like a living room with a fireplace. The staff were friendly and pointed us to the QR hotel directory, which was really helpful. We also appreciated the Skoah toiletries, a nice touch from a local company. Breakfast was a real homemade buffet, with metal cutlery and ceramic plates.

We found it easy to get everywhere from this perfect location, and the hotel was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It's very pet friendly, which was a big plus for us. The service stood out: Donna was thoughtful and exceptionally kind, and even gave our dogs a goody bag. Highly recommend!

The hotel service was great, and breakfast was good, but the bar was far too busy while they were hosting a show. They should have kept it for ticket holders. We had to sit by the door, the only seats available, and smokers kept going in and out, leaving us cold in the draft. With so many young people around, it felt like a nightclub. We should have gone somewhere else.

We were in town to ski at the hill and stayed at the Regent. Being right downtown meant we were close to everything. The breakfast was my favourite part, the best I’ve ever had at a hotel!
