Jack was my point of contact and was excellent. He even helped ship my skis home since I was travelling on for the holidays. I stayed in December 2025, just before heli season started, so I skied at the resort instead. The lodge has thoughtful design and attention to every detail, and the attached restaurant is very nice. Some places feel like a labor of love, and this one is a gem to appreciate.

The lodge is beautifully designed, and the staff are incredibly friendly. We had a wonderful time at Eleven, and the sauna was so nice that we used it every night.

Jack was incredible, patient and gentle, and helped us with anything we needed. The rooms are clean and super cute, and the place is absolutely beautiful for a stop in Revelstoke. We also loved the sauna and hot tub, and the attached restaurant has great food. We’d highly recommend it!

We were very happy with the hotel overall. The facilities in our loft were complete, the toiletries were all Aesop, and there was a smart toilet. It’s in a great neighborhood for getting to restaurants, and the friendly British guy at the front desk gave us a warm introduction to the room. Maybe we were just unlucky, but a group upstairs was playing loud music at 3am and woke both my wife and me. I don’t blame the hotel, though I hope they might post reminders about keeping quiet during sleeping hours or even set penalties. I’ve seen that done at a hotel in Belleville.

We spent three nights here for a vacation, and the service and attention to detail were excellent from the start. This is a great lodge right in the center of Revelstoke. We’d absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting.
