From the front window, you get a gorgeous view straight across to the ski hill and the mountains. The “Cabin Room” really does have a log cabin built inside it, and it’s right off the highway and close to downtown Revelstoke. Lindsey, the owner and host, was wonderfully kind and accommodating. She’s truly one of a kind.

Our daughters were delighted by the cabins and animal decorations, and the place was well set up for kids, with plenty of toys and a nice shared space. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, making sure we had what we needed for a great stay. We had a wonderful time, and breakfast was delicious. The strawberries were homegrown and had been picked the day before a bear cub came down to raid the crop. :)

We spent two days here in December 2017 and loved it. The house was cozy, clean and welcoming, with handy ski features like storage, a boot warmer and a hot tub. Lindsey was a great host, and breakfast was fantastic. We’ll be back.

We spotted a black bear crossing the road and wandering up the hill in a neighbor’s yard just as we were leaving. L&L even ran to fetch the other guests from Oz so they wouldn’t miss it. You don’t get that close to wildlife everywhere! The Cabin Room charmed my kids as soon as we walked in, and they wanted to spend as much time there as they could. It had lots of character, felt cozy and quiet, and had crisp linens. Lindsey and Lisa are gracious hosts who know Revelstoke and plenty of other places you may be traveling to, so ask them over breakfast. Their love of the outdoors comes through in the decor and in conversation. Breakfast had lots of tasty options, plus delicious coffee from a local Revelstoke roaster and organic milk. Wifi worked well in all guest areas and rooms, and the guest lounge TV has Netflix. Stoke Stash is definitely the place to stay in Revelstoke!

The room had plenty of space for the two of us, plus our own bathroom, and the shared lounge was comfortable and roomy. The host was just as lovely as the place and gave us great restaurant tips for town.
