The Royalty B&B is charming and clean. We were asked to leave our shoes at the door before going to our room, and we'd definitely like to stay again. Booking.com had originally cancelled our reservation by mistake, but Vivian responded within an hour and helped sort it out with us.

The house was spotless and felt like home. Vivian is lovely, and I really enjoyed talking with her. She let me check in early and gave me some good tips for places to eat. I'll definitely come back for a longer stay.

Vivian made us feel at home right away. She was warm and thoughtful, and happy to help with local tips or anything else we needed. The rooms were spotless, charming, and well cared for, and breakfast was delicious. The place had a cozy feel and peaceful surroundings, with all the little details taken care of. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. Thanks, Vivian, for making it special. I'd absolutely recommend staying at Vivian's B&B.

Vivian made us feel very welcome and was happy to accommodate us. The room was lovely and spotless, and we were comfortable throughout our stay. It's a nice B&B near the airport at a good price, and I'd happily recommend it.

Three nights went by too quickly. We felt so well cared for in this clean, tidy, welcoming B&B, which had a lovely homey feel. Thank you for such a warm welcome to Vancouver and a fantastic stay!
