The beds were old and saggy, and the room had garbage left on the closet shelf from someone else's food. The microwave looked like it was from the 80s, with a dial. It felt sketchy and dirty, like the rooms hadn't been cleaned in a while. I cleaned everything before touching it, and it was filthy. The door jammed so badly that I had to put my full weight on it to open or close it. Definitely not worth what I paid.

Mr. Samir was kind and understanding when I called to cancel, since we couldn’t make the trip after all. I’d booked at the last minute for about 55 people for July 2023, and finding a place had been difficult. When I called, he arranged the room we wanted without asking for a deposit. I really recommend the hotel for its hospitality and for Mr. Samir’s warm welcome. All the best.

A charming little motel in a really convenient central spot in RDL. Our room had a kitchenette and surprisingly good Wi-Fi, plus lovely river views. It’s not fancy, but it was just right for a night or two while travelling and ended up being one of the highlights of our trip.
