For $250/night, I expected better service and amenities. Room 265 was full of bed bugs, and I ended up with over 20 bites. After checking out, I emailed the hotel manager and reception to let them know, hoping they'd apologize and clean the rooms more thoroughly for future guests. I never received any acknowledgment. The rooms are dusty and outdated, and in the evenings the receptionist seemed to use the reception area to hang out with his friends. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

We had a quiet night, with the hallway so still it felt like we were the only ones in that section of the hotel. The room was clean and really nice, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was fine too. I was happy with my stay.

The breakfast was beautiful, and we loved the coffee machine. Our room was clean, and the staff were lovely and very accommodating.

The location is right in the middle of downtown, which is good. The rooms are clean, and breakfast and the gym are at the Best Western next door. The carpet needs updating and the place could use a fresh coat of paint, but the hotel is okay overall. I'd recommend it.

The only thing I'd change is the bathroom. The tub and tiles could use an update. Otherwise, it was a great Thanksgiving weekend stay, with easy check-in, a comfortable bed, and a great breakfast included.
