The room furniture looked very old, and I was disappointed by the breakfast, which was only a small snack with nothing to eat. The snowy entrance road was closed, and nobody was available to open it. At check-in, the receptionist was unwelcoming and unprofessional. I had big luggage, but she didn't mention there was no elevator. She just handed me the key and disappeared, without giving me any information about breakfast.

I stayed here for four days and enjoyed it. One small request for other guests: please keep the noise down in the hallways at night. Thank you.

The rooms were nice and the staff friendly, and the hotel was decent overall. There isn't a pool, though, and the gym equipment wasn't working properly. Breakfast from the buffet could also be better. I went around 8 a.m.; even with nobody else there, the food stations didn't look very appealing.

The dirty sheets in our room ruined the stay for me. We arrived Thursday night, and the hotel was fully booked, so there were no discounts available. They asked us to move rooms but offered no discount. The manager wouldn't call her boss, saying it was too late at 10:30 p.m., and she didn't seem to care. Her face said it all. My friends were hungry and left for dinner, leaving me there alone. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Room 223 was clean and comfortable otherwise, but the fridge made a lot of noise. Its cabinet door wouldn't close properly, so it rattled with the fridge rumbling, and I ended up taking it out. The shower kept leaking, and the toilet wasn't elongated.
