Chez Jacques et Chantale B&B

I already miss the cute goats. The hostess was so kind and generous, and breakfast was delicious, with fresh fruit. Five stars for her!

We arrived to find the nearby restaurants closed, but Chantalle and Jacques kindly made us dinner using their own ingredients. They made us feel at home from the start, and Jacques even showed us the farm animals before we left. The room was cozy and incredibly comfortable, with a view of the stars from bed. Everything was meticulously cared for, and breakfast was a homemade feast, absolutely exquisite. Chantalle and Jacques are a delightful couple.

Chantale told us about her passions, her travels, and her involvement in Quebec's development. We only stayed one night at her and Jacques's place, and they welcomed us so warmly. Breakfast was fruity and delicious. Thanks again, it’s a shame we won’t have time to return!

The conversations are what I’ll remember most. Chantale is funny, talented, generous, and someone you can talk about anything with. Jacques’s kind presence helps make the house a friendly place to meet and chat with travelers from all walks of life. It’s a large, beautiful house with tasteful decor, tucked away somewhere peaceful and restorative. Aromatic plants and small farm animals thrive there. Our room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the comforts we could want. The bathroom was superb, too. Our hostess was warm, gentle, and discreet, and put real care into making meals to suit our tastes. They were both wonderful and healthy.
