The setting is what keeps drawing me back to this spa. The views are breathtaking, with a very natural feel, like being deep in cold mountains. It’s super quiet, with a beautiful breeze, and it helps me feel calm and relaxed. Everything is clean from the moment you walk in: the main accueil, kitchen, washroom, locker room, and outdoor areas. It always smells very good, and I feel comfortable walking around. Thanks especially to the kind, respectful staff, Marie / Suzanne/ Nicholas. They make guests feel welcome and are helpful when you need something or have a question. Keep up the good work and environment. I’ll definitely return again, as always. Thank you 🤗

I visited 25 years ago and had a great experience, with a massage by the river and a wonderful fondue supper. This time, I wasn’t very impressed with the spa. I expected something more intimate than Strom or findlandais etc, but it felt very outdated. There’s only one shower in the dressing room, and you have to ask for locker locks. Things were broken, and after soaking in the hot tub there wasn’t much reason to stay. The salt room was a joke, and the cafeteria or eating area was plain, with a college-kid menu. They need to improve the service and amenities. I won’t be returning.

The grounds were beautiful and surprisingly quiet, even on a holiday. The yoga room is awesome, and I highly recommend signing up for the morning class. Staff were very friendly, and the hotel and spa are close to several ski hills and nice restaurants. Driving up to Val-David is worth it. We had an amazing long weekend and Valentine’s Day.

The spa never felt crowded, and at times it seemed like we had it to ourselves. Our river-facing room was peaceful, and the neurobed gave us the best sleep. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The food selection was limited but tasty, and the little bag breakfast included with the package was adorable. The provided wrap was surprisingly good too. This was an incredible experience, and we’ll definitely be back. 10/10 recommend.

My wife and I had a lovely time with the yoga class and spa services today. The location is gorgeous, the staff are friendly, and it wasn’t too crowded.
