Super 8 by Wyndham Sainte Agathe Des Monts

Our kids were heartbroken when it was time to leave. They loved the bunk beds and waterslide, and the staff were warm and helpful throughout the stay. On the evening of May 22, the woman checking us in was especially friendly. Our original room hadn't been prepared, so she moved us into a suite. We'll have to come back.

Four of us went for skiing, sharing two rooms, and the hotel had everything we needed. Mont Tremblant was about 25 minutes away. The rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was a good continental spread, and the price was great. Staff were friendly and accommodating too. We'd definitely stay here again.

There was a lot included: WiFi, parking, an ice machine, and a coffee maker with tea, decaf, milk, and cream. Breakfast had bagels and muffins. The king bed came with five pillows to choose from, and there was a pool, hot tub, and waterslide.

We booked two rooms on one reservation for a family trip, but one hadn't been cleaned. Bags from the previous guests still seemed to be there. The receptionist was rude and no help at all, answering everything with “I don't know” and even telling us to go somewhere else if we didn't like it. After going back and forth, they gave us another room right next door, even though earlier they said the hotel was full. Neither room was very clean. The bed frames stuck out and hurt our legs, and the sinks and tubs were clogged. I didn't expect much from the free breakfast, but apparently it also included mice running around on the floor. Disgusting. I'd never come back.
