The staff were gracious and friendly, and the room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. It had a rustic feel in a good way. We were there for an overnight stay because we were viewing a house nearby in Saint Felix de Valois the next morning. We couldn’t have breakfast in the restaurant because of the government’s arcane Covid passport restrictions, which was a shame since it smelled wonderful. Would we stay again? Of course, though we’re going to be neighbours, so it won’t be necessary, lol.

There are lots of nature reserves within a 30-minute trip, which made this a handy base for a stress-free getaway with outdoor activities nearby. The place itself was simple, clean, warm, and inviting, and the owners were very nice. Everything was as expected. I’ll definitely be back.

They were very accommodating, and the food was good. It felt a little expensive for what you get.
