Quattro Hotel & Conf. Centre, an Ascend Collection Hotel

Traveling from east to west, we’ve stayed at some poor hotels, and we keep saying, “this is no Quattro!” The rooms were clean, the price was fair, and the staff were kind and went above and beyond. I checked for bugs right away because of a previous review, but found nothing. There were even little extras like q-tips and a nice small kitchen area with a microwave. In the breakfast area, a woman saw me with my baby and immediately brought over a high chair and chatted with the baby. She was so kind. We’d definitely stay here again. Thanks!

I’ve now been waiting in the lobby for over an hour and still can’t check in. I arrived at 4 PM today to find that the room hadn’t been cleaned. When I asked the front desk for another room, they refused and said cleaning would take a short time. I waited in front of the desk in my ski clothes, thinking they were cleaning it. After half an hour, I asked again and was told they were waiting for someone to check out. It felt like my request for a clean room had made them uncomfortable. I chose this hotel because it seemed like one of the better options in the area, but I’ll never stay here again.

I’ve been staying here for work over the past year and have no complaints. The units are spacious, and I like the layout, with a living room that gives you privacy from the bedroom. The hotel seems clean and well cared for. In July I left my wallet and passport here, and the staff returned them to me months later. Quattro is definitely comfortable. I hope my employer keeps booking me here and nowhere else! 💯

We stayed two nights with our daughter, and the room was spacious. The hotel is close to everything you need, with plenty of parking. It has a restaurant, pool, gym, and convention room. Breakfast could be better, though, as there are only a few things to choose from.
