Nakoda Lakeside Lodge

The pool was the reason we brought the kids, and the water was so cold we were shaking after just a few minutes. Nobody in our family could manage more than 10 minutes, and the kids couldn't enjoy it, so we left before they got sick. We called to ask if they could raise the temperature, but were told it was standard commercial temperature. I don't really believe that, though they also said there likely wasn't anything they could do. Pools at other hotels we've visited have been warm enough to enjoy or at least tolerate. This one was unbearable. Very disappointing. The hot tub was closed on this visit, which was a shame, though that was stated online. The internet didn't connect at first either. It took a while to sort out, and we eventually used the next door's wifi. That wasn't a big deal. It was the freezing pool that made me write this.
