Jolly Roger Inn Resort

After a day skiing at Georgian Nordic, it was lovely to come back for a swim and sauna. The bed was comfortable, the restaurant had tasty options, and the staff were attentive throughout our weekend at JR. We especially loved the sauna. My only gripe was the noisy heating system, since I'm a light sleeper. We're already planning another visit.

The Christmas decorations in the lobby added a cozy touch, and everyone made us feel at home. We spent the evening chatting with Aryan and Neha, who were incredibly welcoming bartenders. They made us an amazing house-special drink, and we also enjoyed the local craft Jolly Lager. The music was good, they put the hockey game on for us, and we played darts and pool. The food was excellent too, especially the mac and cheese sticks, the best we've ever had, and the butter chicken. Our room was small but clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly from the moment we arrived. We had a great time and will be back.

We were a group of six snowmobilers, and after motor trouble kept me there for most of an extra day, the staff helped us out at every turn. Maintenance lent us tools, the front desk shared useful information, and the laundry staff were kind and helpful, especially linda. They made a frustrating situation much easier. We'd return in a heartbeat and highly recommend the place. Thanks!

The location made our snowmobiling weekend easy, with trails nearby, plenty of space for the truck and trailer, and parking for the sleds right outside our room. We stayed two nights at the Jolly Roger. The room was clean, breakfast was included, and the front desk staff were helpful and knew their stuff. We'll be back next winter.
