Daveena was wonderful to deal with and quickly helped whenever I ran into an issue. She even made sure I had a proper breakfast in the morning. The location was convenient too. Great accommodation, especially for the customer service, and I'll definitely be back.

The renovated rooms at La Suite Logement look current and beautiful, and they're very clean and comfortable. It's close to everything, including McDonald's and Tim Horton's. Booking by email is so easy, with very quick replies, and the room code system makes access simple. The Resto Lounge Le Radoteux is lovely and serves very good food. It's open Wednesday to Sunday. A place to discover in Shawinigan, with a trendy look and quality, plus competitive prices. A must see :)

Trou Du Diable and 462 Tamarac are among the restaurants within walking distance, and the excellent Tous les jours dimanche bakery is right across from the hotel. The location is central and close to all the points of interest, making for a great experience in Shawinigan.

The location is very good and the room was nice, but the visit on Friday, July 19, 2024 was a real disappointment. There was a half-open can of Pepsi and a used coffee cup on the table when we arrived. At bedtime, we found a regular sheet being used as a fitted sheet, and it didn't cover the mattress properly. We changed the sheets and covered the mattress, only to find there were no sheets to sleep under. I used the duvet directly and froze all night rather than cover myself with something that may have been used by someone else. The next morning there was just one towel for the two of us to share. I have serious doubts about how clean the room was. Breakfast was disappointing too: a box with a boiled egg, cheese, and yogurt, which we had to get from a not very clean fridge. This bad experience wiped out the points the location and room had earned.
