The bed and linen were incredibly comfortable, and the staff were so helpful. I could have stayed forever. A soak in the tub was pure indulgence. This beautiful old mansion has been remodeled to perfection. Fabulous stay, and I’d highly recommend it.

We really enjoyed our stay. The food was terrific, and the cozy atmosphere made it even better. Beautiful rooms, plus a charming restaurant and coffee bar. Had a great time!

The food was the highlight of our lovely evening meal at Tait House. Fresh crab cakes, duck and steak cooked just right, lovely sauces, and just the right amount of vegetables on the side. The friendly service was unobtrusive, and the bottle of wine was half price too. The whole atmosphere felt perfect, with black tablecloths, fabric napkins, candlelight, and a fireplace. Beautiful design and art bring out the historic Tait House’s original features. It was our first visit to the restaurant in a while, and we were delighted with how it felt.

We had supper in the onsite restaurant, where the food was delicious and the service was great. Our room was clean and thoughtfully set up, with the fireplace on, a Keurig, and plenty of towels. Tait House is also wonderfully located for walking around Shediac. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will go back.
