The service was amazing. I arrived very late, and staff helped with several pieces of really heavy luggage. They went out of their way to put me on the first floor and fit me in for a second night on a busy weekend. The free airport shuttle runs until 10pm, and they gave me coupons for local restaurants. There's plenty of free parking, and it's easy to walk to grocery stores and restaurants. Yes, it's a Days Inn, but the friendly, helpful staff with no attitude gave me better service than I've had at many fancy hotels.

The location is excellent, with lots of amenities within walking distance, and the pub offers a discount with an overnight stay. Service was great, and everyone was friendly. The room was clean though dated, and the linens were clean and fresh. Breakfast was decent for a hotel. My only issue was the mattress, which felt incredibly stiff and uncomfortable, and the outdoor lights made the room a little bright. I have a bad back and shoulders and am particular about mattresses, so this is a personal issue and not necessarily a reflection on the hotel. Overall, it was a decent one-night stay.

The rooms are thoughtful and very clean, and I got the best sleep I've ever had in a hotel, even though I usually can't sleep in them. The staff were so nice and helpful on the phone, and even better in person. They all do their jobs with love. The location is near EVERYTHING, and they give you a 20% discount for a grocery store. I don't want to leave!

My flight was cancelled, so I got stuck here. The staff were great, the room was nice and the location was great. The airline gave me food vouchers, and at check-in the front desk made them out to the attached restaurant. They were only valid for that one day, but when I went to get food, I found the restaurant was closed on Mondays. Why give me vouchers for a place you know is closed on the day I'm meant to use them? Other than that, I had a great stay and would recommend it.
