The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the A/C worked and was generally quiet. Checking in at the gas station next door felt a bit odd, but it wasn’t a big deal. Otherwise, it was amazing!

The breakfast was subpar but adequate, and it’s a decent place to stay in town. The price felt a bit steep for our room, which had a jacuzzi with a wand but no shower, and no microwave. Housekeeping came in at about 9 am, even though the “do not disturb” sign was on the door. I know the time because I’d just gotten back into bed and was on my phone. They didn’t knock. They unlocked the door and opened it enough to see me and hear me say, “No thank you,” with the sign right there.

My room was on the second floor, and the area hadn’t been shovelled after the snow. There was no microwave in the room either. The room was clean, though, and the bed was very comfortable.

We were in town for a hockey tournament. From the outside, I wasn’t sure we’d want to stay here, but the renovated rooms were quite nice inside. Our room and bathroom were modern and clean, and the diner’s breakfast setup was great. The staff were friendly, and we had a wonderful stay.

The morning meal at the Cafe was delicious. We ordered from the menu at a discounted rate, and that was delicious too. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were exceptional and accommodating. It was a great experience.
