Granite Town Hotel

The staff made us feel welcome right from arrival. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and the hotel had a calm, cozy feel that made it easy to unwind after exploring the area. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well organized. I also liked the location and the care the team put into the property. We had a wonderful stay at Granite Town Hotel in St. George, and I’d happily come back. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting.

The staff were the best part of my stay at Granite Town Hotel. Everyone I spoke with was genuinely friendly and helpful. It’s also a convenient spot, just a short drive from town for food, shopping, or exploring. The room was dated, but that gave it a cozy bit of character for an overnight stay. My main issue was the mattress: it was much too soft for me, and it wasn’t the Sleep Number bed advertised. A better bed would have made the stay close to perfect. If you’re after helpful service and an old-school feel, it’s worth considering, as long as you’re okay with a soft bed.

Our planned VRBO fell through, so we called this hotel late at night looking for two rooms. They were kind and accommodating despite the hour. The next morning we found a complimentary breakfast with plenty to eat. It wasn’t fancy, but it was a welcome surprise. I’d highly recommend staying here.

The rooms were cute and very clean, and the hotel has a charming bed-and-breakfast feel. Guests can use the nice dining area at any time. The mattresses were our one complaint, since they felt too soft and a little lumpy. The staff were all friendly and went out of their way to help with our questions and requests. It’s near the main road, with good pubs, an ice cream shop, and walking and bike trails close by. We had a wonderful stay.
