Orchard Croft Boutique Country Retreat

Breakfast in the huge dining room was delicious, and the place felt like a home away from home. The host was gracious, friendly, and accommodating. My room was immaculate and just the right size, and the en suite was spotless too. It was my first visit, and I’ll definitely be back. The house sits beautifully on a lovely orchard, with a great view. I’d love to come in spring or summer, walk the grounds, and sit on the porch to enjoy the scenery. Highly recommended!

Our hostess’s kindness, hospitality, and outgoing nature really made the stay. My wife and I arrived as strangers, but left feeling like we’d made the trip to catch up with an old friend. I’ve never stayed in such a wonderful place, and I doubt I’ll find another that measures up. The bar is set extremely high. I can’t wait to return, and wholeheartedly give it the highest rating allowed. Thanks again for making our weekend remarkable! We happened on this spectacular B&B by chance while looking for somewhere near Niagara Falls. It’s in the heart of wine country, close to the falls, but away from the crowds of fellow tourists. The Inn is among the area’s many orchards, so close to the crop that you can smell peaches ripening from bed. The upstairs king suite was top notch, meticulously clean, and very spacious. It had both a shower and a whirlpool tub. Homemade breakfast was provided each morning, and you could taste and see the care that went into every delicious meal.

We’re back at the Orchard Croft for the second time, several years after our first visit just after it opened. The owner is still very friendly and accommodating, and breakfast was as good as we remembered: good coffee, fresh juice and fruit, yogurt with granola, eggs with peameal, and toast. The rooms are comfortable, though you can hear other guests if you’re on the 1st floor, where the bathrooms are also a little snug. It was a nice stay for a good price. Consider booking directly with the owner for a good deal.

Our wedding party stayed here for the wedding weekend, and it was perfect. This quaint BnB can sleep up to twelve people. The house is large but somehow doesn’t feel that way, and the grounds are lovely. Breakfast included locally grown fruit and homemade preserves. The honeymoon suite is a perfect spot for a couple’s getaway.
