Rodger and Sarah have put so much work into turning this building into a beautiful inn, and their care for both the business and the local community really shows. St Peters Bay is lucky to have them. The rooms were incredibly clean, service was top notch, and breakfast was AMAZING: handmade muffins, fresh fruit, coffee, tea, juice, and an entree they made themselves. You can also request packed lunches, dinner, or picnics. You will NOT be disappointed. This was truly the highlight of St Peters Bay.

Sharing a big table for dinner with the other guests made for such interesting conversation and swapping of stories. The food was delicious, too. We stayed in the new loft over the garage, which Roger built himself. It looked true to the original home from outside, while inside it was modern and had every amenity. They also made sure our bikes were accommodated, stored safely, and charged. This was one stop on our cycling trip, at a beautiful, newly renovated historic home. I can’t say enough about the inn or its hosts, Roger and Sarah.

If Australia weren’t on the other side of the world, we’d definitely come back. Rodger and Sarah made our visit to PEI complete, with their generous hospitality, food, and thoughtful details throughout the beautiful home. The coffee nook and sunroom overlooking the Bay were especially lovely, and the furnishings had such warmth and style. We came to the Island because of Anne of Green Gables, and the friendliness of Canadians was a wonderful bonus. Best wishes to you both, from Mark and Fiona in Tasmania, Australia.

The meals were fabulous, and the owners, Roger and Sarah, are warm, friendly, fascinating pillars of their community. We stayed two nights during our ‘Tip to Tip’ bike trip through PEI Guide and Drive Services. The rooms and whole place felt welcoming and were beautifully appointed. I didn’t want to leave!

The home-cooked meals were incredible, served in a lovely dining room, and Roger and Sarah were attentive and responsive throughout. The historic beauty, wonderful rooms and view, and the location all made an impression. This was hands down our best accommodation experience among many great moments on our September 2025 cycling trip on the island. Thank you, Roger and Sarah. Best wishes, Bill and Veronica.
