8/10
The location was handy for the train station, grocery stores, and restaurants, and the room was fairly spacious and quiet. The price was good, despite a few problems: our wifi and TV didn't work, there was a little mold in the shower and a stain on a small chair. Check-in was entirely self-service, so we didn't see or speak with staff. Getting our luggage up and down the rickety back stairs was tricky, and there's no parking on site, only public parking across the street.

The room was small but cozy, and the beds were ok. For the price, everything was perfect. The "Auberge" is in a very good location. In cold weather, you can hear pipes banging inside the walls. I'd book again if I needed to.

The hostess was lovely and the chef was amazing. It felt homely, though the wifi had problems.

The rooms are nice and the service was good. The place has been renovated, with more work still to come. Call before you arrive.
