The rooms were tiny and stuffy, and the washroom was about the size of a broom closet. Those were the good points. The check-in clerk warned us there'd be karaoke on the weekend, but said we shouldn't hear it from the 3rd floor. That wasn't true. I would've slept better in my truck. This place is horrible, stay away.

The crowd really gets involved, and the sound system is amazing. The DJ was one of the best I've seen, and the bartenders are on point and speak both French and English. I got there early on Thursday-Saturday and was among the last out the door. Best karaoke in Saguenay!

The room smelled unbearably of smoke, and smoke from people downstairs seemed to spread through the other rooms too. The bed was moving, and the building had no soundproofing. There was a party in the bar below, so we couldn't sleep until 3 am, even with the ear plugs they provided. Also, the place is old and smelled bad throughout, and the rooms have shared bathrooms, so check that before booking. We booked for one night, but I won't return or recommend it.

There's a shared washroom, so check that before booking. When I asked for a refund, they moved me to a room with an attached bathroom for an extra $20. The whole place smelled of smoke. The bathroom had no fan, the toilet took five flushes to clear, and water stood in the tub because the drain didn't work properly. Ear plugs were provided to help block the party noise from downstairs. The service was good.
