Motel Le Magistral

That was one of the better nights of sleep I've had lately, and the pillows deserve some credit. There were lots of them, and they were really comfortable. The beds were comfy, the shower was great, and the rooms had high ceilings and nice decor, plus a Roku TV, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and good AC. The exterior doesn't give you much idea of how welcoming the rooms are, so don't let it put you off. The woman who helped us was prompt and very kind. Lovely little place, highly recommend.

The area was calm and quiet, with a gas station across the street. Our room was very spacious, and the motel was very clean. The bathroom was on par with a five-star hotel. It also had all the amenities we needed, including a kettle, Kruger, microwave, dishes, and bowls. Highly recommended.

The bathroom was the highlight for me. That waterfall shower felt so refreshing after a long drive, and it really shows what a difference a showerhead can make. There's a larger-than-average fridge and microwave, plus a few places to sit or get road meals ready. The beds are firm, and the sheets were clean and new. We got in late, but the owner or night desk attendant, whoever was on, was immediately available and checked us in quickly. Someone's clearly put money and thought into updating the place, and the rooms are well stocked for travellers on a budget. It's a motel, not the Four Seasons, but after checking out a lot of places along this route, I'm glad we picked Motel Magistral. The bedside lamps are cool too, just tap them, no fumbling for a switch in the middle of the night. Would recommend.

Inside, the place made me go, wow. I love the blue and white theme, and the attention to detail. The mattress is comfy, and there are little quirks that make you smile. It's one of the best motels in the region, though the exterior could use a bit of love.
