Sundre’s version of the Bates Motel. This place felt like the biggest slum around, and it didn’t look as though it had ever been cleaned, maintained, or renovated. I’m not sure whether the room was rented by the minute or the hour. If you stay, go to bed fully dressed or in a bio suit. My rating would have to be well below zero.

We had two rooms, and neither had hot water. The sheets clearly hadn’t been changed since the previous guests, there was old food all over, and one toilet wouldn’t flush. There were cigarette burns throughout the flooring. This place should be closed down. Do not stay here under any circumstances.

The sheets were filthy and the shower was unbelievably disgusting. Drug dealers were right outside the door doing their deals. It’s the filthiest motel I’ve seen in many years, and the owners should be ashamed to take money for these rooms. Chinook Country Inn is right behind it, costs the same, and is 100% better. Shame, shame, shame.

It felt far from cozy. The hotel is very outdated and didn’t look clean. The bathroom fans don’t work, the fridge barely gets cold, and the air-conditioning was okay but could be better. The only good thing here is the WiFi.
