Breakfast had a good range: pastries and cereal, plus hot options like scrambled and hard-boiled eggs, sausages, pancakes, and waffles. There’s a waffle maker, which is always a hit. The room was clean, the front desk was polite, and online check-in was quick.

I’m updating my review and changing it from one star to five. In the afternoon, I spoke with Carrie, who took the time to explain what had happened. The website makes it look like you’re booking through Wyndham, but it’s actually a third-party reservation that charges fees and doesn’t refund your money once you realize what happened. Make sure to book through the actual Wyndham site. Carrie booked me for another night and was very patient and calming. About an hour later, Goldie, the manager, called to make sure I was taken care of and apologize for how Anna had treated me the night before. Goldie said she would retrain Anna so she’d be more patient and explain this issue clearly to guests. I’ll definitely book again, this time just by calling the hotel. Thanks so much, Carrie and Goldie. When I made the reservation through your website, I called to ask for the late checkout that had been advertised. Anna was extremely rude and hung up on me. I called back six times and got sent to voicemail. When she finally answered, I asked to speak to a manager. She told me to call back the next morning and speak with Goldie. This was Feb 11 2026 at 10 pm. I’m not even sure Anna is her real name, since she wouldn’t give me her employee ID.

Even being right beside the highway, the hotel was quiet, and getting to and from work was easy thanks to the central location. I liked the pool, hot tub, and usable gym, too. Breakfast at the restaurant next door was included, which made for a nice arrangement, and the staff were friendly. A pretty good hotel.

The staff were really accommodating, and we'll come back. The heated pool and hot tub downstairs were good, though the tub had no jets. Our room was nicely equipped, and its jet tub had strong jets, but the water wasn't very hot, so it didn't really take the place of the hot tub downstairs.
