La Galouine Auberge & Restaurant

I stayed in a basic double room in the Passe Pierre annex and had no real complaints. It was clean, well equipped, good value, and the staff were friendly. The AC cooled the room quickly, the water pressure was great, and the mini fridge and microwave came in handy. My shoes got sandy after beach walks, so access to a broom and dustpan would’ve helped. One small tweak: it’d be nice if the bedside lamp worked separately from the overhead light for softer lighting. Otherwise, a great little room, and I’d stay again.

Whale watching was amazing, and the hotel can help arrange any extra reservations. Keven at the front desk was very helpful with local hikes and viewing points. The rooms were super clean, wifi worked great, and the central location made parking easy. I’d recommend it. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The boxed breakfast was so much better than what we had at our first place: a hot croissant, muffin, coffee, and yogurt. The room was lovely, with comfortable beds and linens, a well equipped kitchenette, and a beautiful updated bathroom. Its central location made it handy for exploring the whole town. Wish we’d found it sooner.

We only stayed one night, and the location was great, within walking distance of everywhere we went. The room was small, rustic, and clean, with a little fridge and microwave. The bed was comfortable, though it squeaked a bit when you moved at night. The bathroom was small, but the shower was a nice size and had good water pressure. Staff greeted us with a big smile. We didn’t try the restaurant because we had other plans.
