We came from Toronto for a nearby sports event, and I’d book this hotel again if we’re in the area. Everything was extremely clean and well organized, from the pool and gym to the rest of the hotel. There’s also an outdoor fire pit and a nice lobby bar. Our room had all we needed, including a full kitchen and dishes. The free breakfast had a bigger selection than I expected, with both hot and cold options. Definitely recommend it.

My work trip ended up feeling almost like a vacation, thanks to how welcoming everyone was. The desk staff were kind and helpful, and Doug and Elizabeth from housekeeping were especially lovely. They shared good ideas for things to do around town, and made a last-minute trip into one I’ll always appreciate. Everyone seemed to know the area, which made the whole stay feel more relaxed. I was here for two weeks. Having a real kitchen in my room saved me a lot of money and left room in the budget for other experiences. The gym was solid for a hotel, and there are two nice patios plus a front fireplace. Maybe the weather had something to do with it, but I noticed that other guests weren’t really using those spaces. Breakfast was commendable, with waffle makers, eggs and other protein, cereal, and fresh rice each morning. Coffee was often ready before I headed to the gym around 5:30am. I’d absolutely stay here again when I’m back in the area.

I liked this stay so much that I decided to book another week for the fall, even though that hadn’t been my plan. The hotel was spotless, the breakfast was great, and the pool was nice and warm. Doug was always busy with something, but still greeted me with a smile whenever I saw him. Tyler at the Treaty and Oak Whiskey Bar, which serves food and other drinks too, was friendly, as were Natalie, Destiny, the front desk team, and the restaurant staff. They all seemed to care about making guests feel welcome. I definitely recommend staying here.

We stayed three nights for a hockey tournament, and the price felt very reasonable for what the hotel offers. The staff were friendly, helpful, and easy to talk to, always smiling and ready to help. The management has taken care with the details. Breakfast was excellent, especially the porridge bar, the best I’ve ever seen. Service was beyond what I expected.
